At that time, the business was a Sole Proprietorship establishment and continued to be until transformed to a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in 2009. This important transformation was accompanied by a major expansion in the business activities and specialization to include engine and body parts. The company is considered one of the major distributors for some of the well-known Japanese companies, in addition, the company import from Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, and Malaysia.
