I appreciate the hard work of the Al Manhal delivery men. They are polite and dependable. I simply send them a text early morning on my delivery day stating that "I need water" and say how many bottles are needed or I send a text stating "I do not need water, thank you." I am very happy with their service and the water they supply. Thank you.

Delivery service is terrible and annoying. Even if you are regular customer the delivery do not come after receiving call. There is no customer care service. Please solve this issue. Thanks.

This is one of the worst water delivery service. After purchasing a coupon book of 25 bottles, nobody is delivering water. Even no one is receiving the call. No customer support, no complaint system

I am living building opposite to Kuwaiti Askan 24, Appt 05. Delivery man delivers water every Wednesday to appt next to mine but does not deliver us. If we keep SAR 20.00 for two bottles, he dies not leave a change. Next time we leave less money to balance the last one, he does not deliver. Now forvthe last two months he is not delivering even the money is full. Please check and advicevthe delivery team.

Driver not deliver water in time.
Supervisor Mahmood not support to customers very well.
He has no respect to talk to customers.
And customer services not reply and not registering any complaints.
