The telephone operator is the worst operator ever, he does not know what the costumers needs.
the way he answered the call same as he is the owner of the company, don't have any good manners and right conduct.
I've got stressed with that bad operator.

Not delivering water since 2 weeks opposite to International Indian school building No#33 2nd floor Al jubail.It is highly recommendations to higher management resolve this problem and even they are not following delivery day it is up to them some times Thursday and some time Saturday and it not suitable to keep bottle out side door due to kids.

I had a plan to buy coupons to get water on time. But, after reading the reviews I changed my plan and wish to continue buying water from nearest bakhala. Thank you for the customer feedback. And, really I wondering why Springs management are not considering their customers' complaints !!

The person in charge of delivering springs water bottle in khobar shamaliya 22nd street prince nayef on Sunday morning is very ill-behaved. Every week he presses the doorbell with such force that it goes inside the socket. I have to fix it every week. Even when I covered the bell with sign, still he did the same. Once there was a bottle kept with the coupon, still he rang the doorbell many times until my wife wife answered. My wife and kids were sleeping and they got disturbed. His reason for ringing the doorbell repeatedly was "Do we need only one bottle?". I understand the doorbell being rung if there is no bottle or coupon outside but this is too much. Since there are very few males who are available in house in morning, I found it really strange and can't help but think about his evil or malicious intentions.

Iam a very new CUSTOMER living at 28th Street name Qateef - Alkhobar , since last 3 days am following for water but salesman ABDUL MAJID is playing and not responding proper. he is just giving missed call to my call response and when I talk he says my job is over he ave me coupos so now only I have to contact Delivery man AMIN who is also not picking up my call . this is really pathetic and not acceptable that my family is suffering for water and today when I threat to A Majid that I will call head office and complaint and cancel the order , he replied GO AHEAD DO IT FAST .

I am Springs customer since last 4 years I live adjacent to Dammam Central Hospital, Ever since there is change in the Staff since last 2 months I have noticed every week they visit to replace the empty bottles - I noticed we have lost newly bought shoes, Sandals and an empty bottle.
Our building is secured and no one can enter with out getting noticed.

When enquired about the same with the delivery people they start arguing...reviewers of my message be-aware of such incidents and I am sure the head office will never support its customers.Thanks

I have problem with delivery. Am an old cutomer S********. for years i had no isssues but last 7 months is a big difference. The delivery man keeps forgetting my house even after repeated reminders. Does not pick his phone ******** at all. How can i solve this problem. He comes to my friends house opposite building but does not climb few staircases to my house. I am fed up. My last delivery was a month back and since then i have been calling him. Also we do not know if he will come on thursday evening or saturday morning. I hVe pre purchased coupons and cant change to another company. My address door no 3, 2nd floor, alsafwa stree, 20th road, tuqbah. Can spring management help me pls. Tks

Before ordering for Springs water supply, I am Amazed when I saw these review against the sales man and deliveryman behavior. Thank you timely I read the review otherwise i would be the next victim to them.

I am having problem with water delivery. I live Abdulla Fuad Compound, Villa number 96. We have not been delivered water for 2 weeks now. There is no response from the telephones. Fully fed up now. I have coupons and I cant even through them away.
