Arabco International Cargo - Riyadh

I booked a consignment from Riyadh to Bangalore, Karnataka, India. They initially told 3-4 weeks. But it has not delivered even after 65 days. Every time I called the agent, they told mismatching information, like waiting for customs clearance, waiting for local courier booking, will be delivered this week, etc. Very bad service. Never ever try again. I don't when I can receive it, and in what condition it will be delivered.
