Always experience bad treatment from delivery man they are very rude, always angry when asking for location and whenever they are waiting just for a second,very disappointed every time. You should train your employees how to deal politely to your clients. How come you’re number 1 shipping company???!!! So disappointing. There should be ZERO rating for you.

If theres a rate of zero i will give you negative 10 for the rate!!!!!! its very disappointed that we pay for door to door delivery because we are working at the hospital at your office hour then suddenly your staff cant delivery!!!!! how we suppose to do to our parcel if our off time and your branch already closed !!!! very very poor service!!!!!!!!!shamed on you guys! 95SR is not worth it to yoour pour service!!

I have to receive the shipment by yesterday but the Aramex person just call and took my ID number and said he will come but he did`nt . I think he fill the shipment form by my ID number as to show that the shipment been delivered ... So bad...his number ********
