I wanted a refund from the ticket that i bought last 2020. They told me thru strings of emails that they had already deposited back to my account but i never saw that money. After a year i when i came back to Saudi i went straight to the bank and found out that there's no money that was ever deposited in my account.

I am very disappointed in this agency and the inability to stand in the way of their fraud. Is it possible that there is no way to file a complaint against their behavior. Since December 2020 I am in constant correspondence with them and I exchanged more than 50 emails because they did not want to return the money from the ticket for my husband. I have already sent mail again but no one answers me. This is terrible. I will try to solve this problem through a lawyer

Scam comany . Not a real one , employees work from home , have no offices to complain to. I have had two problems with them , first on booking they didn’t confirm reservation ******** ,although the money was taken from my card then i asked for a refund and i call them nearlly everyday and i hear a new lie everyday from them about my refund for more than one month . They are real thieves not a real company.
