Electrical engineer-Engineering/Project engineer-Projects//E & I Inspector and Electrical supervisor

ESP projects (vendor:Schlumberger ESP; Baker Hughes ESP; Novomet ESP) in offshore production platform. Implement ESP program; ESP assembly work, installation and commissioning ESP. Integrate mobile containerized power substation/Diesel-Gas-generator/cable/synchronization panel to power supply of ESP, inspection, repair, service and re-certification.
Communicate to the state authorities: Ministry of energy,Etalon centre,Expertise department, Shipping company,Ecology inspection, Mayor's office to request Technical specifications/clarification, calibration,confirmation, consideration: new design package and expertise design/operations/ maintenance & re-construction.
Investigate power supply shutdown/failure for ESP/Lift pumps/offshore platform/onshore facilities/report to management.
Coordinate measurements with FLUKE Power Quality Analyser for engineering package (SOW, EL-SLD, EL-LAY, EL-MTO, EL-DAT).
Follow-up DG Bi-fuel conversion project; offshore platforms,program to monitor electrical parameters on WHP & LQ loads/Heat-tracing,fire-fighting pumps,ESP/Water injection.
Evaluate request for modification/expansion technically/commercially. Maintain shutdown/failure log, investigate/troubleshout repetitive failures/shutdowns; follow up on implementation of corrective action, observe adherence to code of best practice and comply with local and international Standard/Procedure.
Prepare as-built (EL-SLD EL-LAY EL-MTO)/tag numbers/WR/EPIC/SOW for tender/in-house, repair/ modification. Coordinate WR/EPIC/in-house project (installation, testing, start-up, commissioning).
Prepare training aids,conduct training sessions on electrical safety for electricians, welders.
Check automatic/manual operation of power supply equipment in 6/0.4kV Substation (LV switchgear, protection relay for each DG).
Support to Maintenance team: (tripping issues) to assist to restore power supply in the facility as per power supply interruption from the Grid. Initiate/check power supply Logic.
Project for Cathodic Protection(CP)system of crude trunk line and Test Stations. CP for storage tanks/pipelines. Measurement/adjustment check for buried cable/monitor rectifier unit outputs to ensure continuous CP is maintained to enable Base personnel to conduct periodic monitoring on the operated CP system to verify their continuous operation.
Calibration of Fluke 435-II Power Quality and Energy Analyzer. Apply for re-certification/ calibration.
Attend Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in Istanbul, Turkey; Jesy, Italy.
Attend Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for electrical equipment in Tank Farm/offshore platforms.
