Inspect AGE equipment, such as gas turbine generator AM32A-60A, HP & C5 Air conditioner, nitrogen trolley, generators, Bum lifter truck, hydraulic test stand, and Fire truck after repair / overhaul.

Ensured conformance to specifications/BLUE prints using precision measuring instruments, including venire caliper, Depth gauge, Height gauge, outside / inside Micrometer, Dial gauge (both system Digital / Analog) templates, and fixtures. CREATED and supported in completion of FAI'S to as9100/as9102. Played an integral role in meticulous planning and forecasting, scheduling, optimum utilization of available resources. Prepared and assigned tasks to team members by maintaining high quality standards and using self-reliance with in stipulated time.

Designed perishable tools and owned overall management of toolboxes. Repaired of jigs, fixture, DRP, and DRT. Formulated various inspection reports, including raw material test for acceptance and material discrepancy reports for nonconforming materials and products. Led manufacturing operations of Sub-ASSY for Nose Barrel ASSY by using of jigs, fixture, DRP, and DRT other Special tooling. Fabricated, assembled, installed, and repaired sheet metal products and equipment. Performed numerous duties, such as fastening metal seams, welding, bolting, creating supportive frameworks, taking measurements, and maneuvering material around.
 Determined project requirements, such as scope, assembly sequences, and required methods/materials, using blueprints, drawings, and written/verbal instructions.
 Executed each and every task with greater quality and safety and as per defined specifications.

Prepared instruction sheets (work package) for parts need repair during overhauling process of engine TFE-731-2A-2A Honeywell. Produced repair control card for parts of engine required repairing during overhaul. Created drawing for fixture and tools by reveres
engineering process.
