SUPERVISOR TREASURY

Assisting the group Treasurer of AJVA in the complete process of cash flow projection and planning. Evaluated company credit control procedure. Managed due outstanding sales balances and reviewed credit limits. Enforced Direct Debit payment system and managed new credit management procedures. Administered overdue debtors and coordinated with external and internal customers. Corresponded about overdue accounts and assured establishment of follow-up contact. Handled allocations issues and collections issues.

Create, amend, review and reconcile reports related to financial coverage allocation, goods purchased, received and cancelled. Provide the same reports to Group treasurer on a regular basis as required.

Actively involved in Import & Export Letter of Credit application and issuance process under the supervisory guidance of credit manager and group treasurer.

Verifying the bank funds transfer applications before the final approval of designated AJVA authorized signatories.

Involved in the exchange process of Treasury operations documents with internal departments and external clients of AJVA.

Responsible for record of transactions related to insurance service provider for AJVA group on behalf of AJVA Treasury department.

Reconcile AJVA Group Insurance statement against the statements of Insurance service provider and our internal accounts department on behalf of AJVA Treasury Department.

Processing of Ford credit documents and payments
Shipment based reports.
