 Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in packaging products lines and
warehouse materials for storage or shipment.
 Studies production order to a certain type and quantity of product , containers to be used,
and other packaging requirements.
 Inspects products prior to packaging.
 Observes packaging operations and inspects containers to verify conformance to
specifications.
 Adjusts and repairs packaging equipment's as (silo, lines machines', forklift and trucks or
notifies maintenance department to fix it.

 Receive and discharge industrial chemicals or jet fuel from tanker truck
shipments or pipeline.
 Taking a sample within a specified period to analyze product quality using
various tests, to measure acidity and composition.
 Inspect product based on compliance and standards set by company,
 Transfer product to storage tanks and ensuring all equipment is up to code to
avoid spills and contamination. maintain an organized log with all product
transactions, quality control actions, and any maintenance performed. Each
shift, inspect the hydrant system, tanks, and pipelines,
 Report anything unusual or outside your expertise to your supervisor including
leaks or temperature and pressure abnormalities.

Using PPE and safety rules once inspect OR operating units equipment's, such
as(Reactor, Extruder, Feeders ,compressors ,Transfers system, bagging lines &
warehouse also towers, storage tanks, collectors, dewatering screen or driers to
ensure that all are functioning and to maintain maximum efficiency.
 Monitor recording instruments, flow meters, panel lights, or other indicators and
listen for warning signals, to verify conformity of process conditions.
 Regulate or shut down equipment during emergency situations, as directed by
supervisory personnel.
 Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines, using panel boards,
control boards, or semi-automatic equipment.
 Move control settings to make necessary adjustments on equipment units affecting
speeds of chemical reactions, quality, or yields. .
 Collect samples of materials or products for testing.
 Record operating data, such as process conditions, test results, or instrument readings.
 Patrol work areas to ensure that situations in tanks or troughs are not in danger of
overflowing and Monitor equipment fluid levels.
