Site Civil Inspector

To ensure that execution of works must comply fully as per the standard and approved
specification IFC/Shop drawings.
 Rework or reject subassemblies or finished products as required.
 Conduct and document process and system
 Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.
 Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
 Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
 Preparing reports as required.

Conduct inspection and evaluation of field tests and procedures as per QA/QC program.
 Ensures that specified QC inspection and function are properly schedule and performed
 Review and verify Construction shop drawing and materials for compliance with the project
contract requirements (Standards, Specifications and IFC drawing coordinate with
construction team
 Propose and recommend alternative construction methods for any conflict, procedure where
applicable
 Conduct surveillance, monitoring and implement pro-active notifications.

Inspection typically does the following:
 Read blueprints and specifications.
 Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
 Recommend adjustments to the assembly
 Following the pilling procedure and perform as per the method of
statement
 Conduct pre-Inspection of rebar cage different ways.
 Follow the client comment given at site trying to be finished
instantly
 Preparing Daily and weekly reports, attend concrete testing
sampling at site

Ensure quality of work meets criteria set out in contract
drawings, specifications, standards and procedures
 Represent the QC civil department daily with integrity and
high-quality work ethics
 Perform quality inspections of rebar and post-tensioning
works on a regular basis in liaison with the construction
schedule.
 Monitor and implement work activities outlined in Inspection
and Test Plan and work procedures
