My duties and responsibilities include:
 Preparation of Shop drawings (Gray Structure, Architecture & MEP Coordination) &
documentation. Debuted relevant IFC (Issue for Construction) Drawings.
 Prepare Shop Drawing (As Build Drawing) explain to consultant and approve.
 Drawing issue clear of Site engineers.
 Maintain accurate design files for reference purposes.
 Analyzation of design issues (Gray Structure, Architecture) and recommend corrective
actions.
 Consultant Coordination and Decision with Resident Engineer and Assistant Resident
Engineer for Site work.
 CAD Drawing File set on scale and draw coordinate.
 Planning of Project on Primavera P6.
 Co-ordination with Architectural, Structural, and MEP designers.
 Technical Material Submittals.
 Preparation of monthly progress report.
 Technical Quarries Like Rising of RFI’s (Reports for Inspection).
 Launch of IR’s (Inspection Report).
 Prepare Bar Bending Schedule and approve from a consultant.
 Prepare Steel Demand, assemble at site and steel work inspection to Consultant Engineers.
 Prepared and presented reports to the public, including those on
environmental impact, property descriptions, and bid proposals
 Prepare and Check all Architecture work Activities.
 Oversee all construction, maintenance, and operations activities on project sites.
 Pushing Of Instruction to site staff to help out site problem
