Site Acquisition and Due Diligence: Identify and negotiate the acquisition of suitable properties for development. Expertise in conducting due diligence to assess potential risks, legal issues, and compliance with local regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Project Budgeting and Financial Management: Create and manage budgets for development projects, including cost estimation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Design and Construction Oversight: They oversee the design phase and manage the construction phase to ensure work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with development projects and implement strategies to mitigate them, including issues related to financing, construction delays, or regulatory challenges.
