A massive government sector entity, developing one of the biggest projects under vision 2030.
- Interface with all project functions, including direct reporting from all external and internal stakeholders
- Provide forecast view and model possible alternatives to support project strategic decisions
- Develop and estimate budget, cost forecast reporting, cost controlling and cash management
- Project risks identification, assessment, risks controlling and risks reporting
- Coordination of all Project planning and scheduling activities and reporting, including defining overall schedule requirements and schedule hierarchy for the project
- Establish contractor reporting requirements including in particular, data reporting in terms of cost, schedule and physical progress, and risks
- All necessary reporting on costs, risks and planning to Managers, the Project Director, and in an indirect manner to the Board
- Develop and update Project Management System documents and ensure consistency between project processes
- Maintain the Cost and Financing, the Risks, and the Schedule Management Plans
- 5- 10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant field
- Fluent in English language
- Excellent team playing, time management and stakeholder management skills
- PMP Certification is preferred
