Quality Director

Job Presentation

The client is the leading clinic chain in Saudi Arabia.




  • Quality Management System (QMS) Development: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System across all clinics, ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.


  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess the quality of patient care and services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.


  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local and international healthcare regulations, ensuring that all clinics comply with relevant standards and guidelines.


  • Clinical Audits: Conduct regular clinical audits and assessments to evaluate the performance of dental professionals and clinical staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed.


  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for clinic staff on quality assurance and patient safety protocols.


  • Data Analysis: Analyze data related to patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, and clinical performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.


  • Incident Reporting: Implement and oversee an incident reporting system to capture and address adverse events, near misses, and patient complaints.


  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.


  • Risk Management: Collaborate with clinic managers and healthcare providers to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to patient safety and quality of care.


  • Communication: Maintain open communication channels with clinic teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

    • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare quality management.
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate teams towards a culture of quality and patient safety.
