Our client is a global leader in the energy value chain (oil, natural gas, petrochemicals and renewable energy) with operations and presence in over 120 countries.
- Provides broker's authorization on FASAH system to clear the shipments and maintain files to avoid its expiration.
- Issue guarantee/undertaking letters if required by the brokers for Customs, port authorities and shipping lines.
- Provides COC, test reports, shipment certificates on SABER portal as required by SASO/SALEEM's product conformity regulations.
- Obtains Customs' and shipping lines approvals for importing dangerous/hazardous goods as required.
- Provides approvals from the concerned Ministries to import or export as required by the product's HS codes.
- Ensure immediate release of any pending customs duty claims/re-claims with customs and port authorities.
- Provide STPP Finance for Customs' monthly and annual reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar position.
- Shipping and transport knowledge, flexible and self-motivated.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Must be bi-lingual - English & Arabic (speaking, reading, & writing).
