Question for Al Takaful Al Sehi

How to check my membership card wether is valid or not,and second thing is that the name of my son on his iqama is SULAIMAN MAMAMADU AMINU but on the card I received from AltakafuL the name is SULYMAN MAMADO AMEIN now the name of the iqama is different from the name of Altakaful card and also my country is GHANA but on the card is GANAI also different please can it be accept in hospital for check up thanks.
