Question for Gulf Hygiene Co. Ltd. (Ecolab)

We have credit note and account in your company name Primi Food Services Company Limited. I Have order last July 5 but still did not come, and Hanefa guy tell me it will send today but supposed to be on July 5, and I call him so many times but his phone is off, I'm Just asking what happened to our orders?? It's 1 week delay.
