this cargo company is not good, they are telling their customers that the cargo will be in Philippines within 60 days, but my cargo is not yet in the Philippines, NO UPDATE on where it is, NOT ANSWERING QUERIES, NOT COORDINATING WITH THEIR COUNTERPART in PHILIPPINES and lastly, IF YOU ARE LUCKY THEY WILL ANSWER YOUR CALL THEY WILL ALWAYS TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE BUSY AND LEAVE WITHOUT ANY ANSWER.DO NOT USE THIS CARGO FORWARDER TO SEND ALL YOUR HARD EARNED THINGS TO YOUR FAMILY.
