i was a client at the jeddah branch about 2-3 years Ago. there was two specialist for hair and skin, the chubby one examined me and gave me promises and told me a story about his father and assured me that the place, is sufficient and that the solution is in his hand, at the time i was in the period where i just started noticing my hair lose, afterwards he brought the contract thing into the conversation and that the contract is so easy and its only to assure my rights, he even gave me a proximate number about the amount i will be paying. i also mentioned that i might be out of the country for two months he said its ok and that it wont cause any harm to the treatment plan, but after one year of using these products and all the pieces that they gave me the shower head the drinking water piece and everything else to the brush. nothing, no results my sculb became healthy but no hair was growing which is the main reason i went there in the first place, they are a waste of money and cannot deliver anything of what they promise.
