one of the worst water supply in KSA. watre supplier Mr. shafique will not response any more, also no body will response well in office also. From last one week i am trying to get and contact but their response is not good especially Shafeeq.

I am willing to go for Springs water supply but when I saw these review against the sales man. I am re thinking of my decision.

I am unsatisfied with the service because when we purchased the coupons for 600 Riyal we didn’t get any bottle or dispenser that we should get from Spring.

No one will answer your phone , every time you call the company you stay hours on the phones , my experience almost 7 years with company as a customer only dealing with water driver , no schedule delivery date , if the water truck driver you usually tip him , he will put you in mined otherwise you might get your water the next day of schedule .

I have two issues one the supply is not regular last two month the delivery man mobile # ******** was not coming regular even was absent for three weeks which he given excuse of Ramadhan, now the delivery day is Tuesday but he has no fix time, when I asked him he replied that he doesn't know when he will come. The other issue is I need a new coupon book and I am only available after 5:00pm (or on Friday , Saturday) have called him many times but he refused that he can only come in morning, I told if you are not coming I will cancel contract with Spring he just cancel it I don’t care. Now please provide me the coupon book or give me the number of right person to contact for coupon book for cancellation of contract. My supply No is SKB-******** Al Mazroeyah, Hakeem bin Ummaya 5-B

The delivery man Kalam having mobile no ********, since last four five week not supplie water at my home. when we call he has given answer AIGA-AIGA I will come, but he do not come. we are facing lot of problem, my supply No is SKB-******** name Dawood Mohammad Tasnim Mobile No ******** delivery day is sunday. we request you to kindly look into this matter and strongly advice your delivery man to make supply. my residence is in dammam near farm supper market.

The supplier who supplies springs water near mobile market(behind konaini family compound) is increasing amount on his own and also not coming every week for the past 3 months. He comes every two weeks once and saying water over. Now the water per can they take is 8 SR. They are not providing the coupons. Ladies are not able to talk to them due to differnent language problem. Please do something favourable.

Sorry to Inform about the behaviour of the supplier, Mr. Bahadur.

He is very rude, when asking for more coupons to buy.
He is not even willing to give the phone number of the sales man.
If the company is really looking to survive they should take some disciplinary action.

I'm one of their clients with an active company account and I have been calling them at their phone number for almost three weeks and no answer. What a customer service !!!!!!

My name is Jahid Hussain I have one complain against the person who bring the water every Monday in Ladies market today 2-12-2013 he loose talk with ladies and his behave not good for talking to the person , this is not good for your company reputation and for company policy
