I’m Noushad 36 years old, Malappuram - Mampad working in Saudi Arabia -Jeddah

Sir, For a couple of years I started to feel unbalanced while driving on the highways for long time at a speed higher than 90 km/h specially at night.

It starts especially while overtaking big trucks, van etc. This problem does not happen while driving in the city. I visited the ENT doctor, Nero, psychiatrist, eye doctor etc no one diagnosed real problem.

Sir, this issue is irritating me and I do not know what to do? Hope you can suggest a solution for this
