Question for Ministry of Defence & Aviation (MODA)

I would like to ask if i can purchase Drone outside the kingdom? I want to have a DJI spark drone. Do i need to bring permit when i carry it while coming here to KSA? There will be no problem if i can purchase and send it here in KSA via DHL? Is there any permit to do so aside from permit for flying?
