Question for Tihama Travel Agency

Sir,unfortunatly i miss a booked saudia flight for my daughter today morning through tihama travels in muhayil.it is government issued ticket i can reuse thay one way ticket for future use or not. another thing my return flight also booked in same ticket i can travell with same ticket or not . waiting for your valuable reply.
