Question for Al Bassam Chartered Accountants & Consultants

I am working in a small company name "International Robotic Tank Solutions" company established in 2016 affiliated with Tamam Project Company and then August 2017 company separated and got new CR and as of now there is no official Audit carried over. Now is the time to make Audit 2017-18 as deemed necessary
