Review of HERTZ AL WASILAH RENT A CAR

I had bad experience today with the service of al wasilah workshop in jeddah. I had problem with my car's rear tire, one tire was broken and I reported it to the in-charge of the workshop,I forgot his name but he is a fat man sitting inside the office. He waited me for so long to provide service. He did not informed me that I will wait for the approval from my company to replace one tire which cost only 200 SAR. He wasted my time in waiting for nothing. He also think and discriminate me that I am a company driver. I leave the workshop without providing complete service.
