Review Very bad service

Offered 4 star package but delivered worst service. Makkah hotel supposed to be behind clock tower but it was nearly 2 kms on the top of the hill.
They fix a time for departure but evey departure during our trip delayed more than hour. Very unorganized company. All are very rude and lyers.
