Our client providing commercial refrigeration services in the Middle East is looking for an experienced and skilled Service Supervisor to lead their refrigeration technician team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair services of our refrigerated cabinets, cold rooms, and compressor racks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of technical expertise in refrigeration systems and exemplary leadership skills, with a focus on ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage the activities of our team of refrigeration technicians, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of installation, maintenance, and repair projects for refrigeration systems, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Conduct regular team meetings, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering professional growth and development.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively addressing and resolving client concerns, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety standards and industry regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all service activities, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Offer hands-on technical support and advice in complex or challenging situations, demonstrating expertise in refrigeration technology.

Qualifications:

• Advanced vocational training or degree in Refrigeration and HVAC technology.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in refrigeration technology, with significant experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of current refrigeration technologies and industry trends.
• Necessary certifications in refrigeration technology and safety, compliant with regional regulations.
