Job vacancy Government Relations Officer

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Saudi National GRO/PRO, who takes pride in his ability to deliver extraordinary levels of service to the Management of the company and provide creative solutions to our employees.

key responsibilities

• Process all types of visas including employment visas, and residence visas for employees.
• Process and renew of permits and licenses including Commercial Registration, Balady, Muqueem, QIWA, Civil Defense, Chamber of Commerce, etc.
• Communicates with various government agencies for certification of documents and coordinates with third parties on documentation needs.
• Organizes legal and other translation of documents to Arabic from English, as and when required.
• Be up to date with regard to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep the Human Resources Department advised of such changes.
• Complete departure and exit formalities for employees after cancellation of visa.
• Extracts/prepares periodic and other reports and sends to management.

Requirements

• Minimum High School.
• 5 years’ experience as GRO in Saudi Arabia.
• Good knowledge of Saudi labor and immigration rules
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic both oral and written with conversational English.
• Well informed on the current labor and immigration laws.
• Able to work on all the website and portals for governmental requirements.
• Good relationships with government officers from various ministries
• Excellent computer skills in word, excel, usage of internet.
• Team player.
