Job vacancy Manager GL and Product Control

Responsible of daily activities of product control of different wide range products in all areas (retail, corporate, treasury, core banking), provide the needed support when needed to other finance team to help in the monthly Closing of the bank, Monitor the Day to Day Transfer of source system transaction files to GL and act accordingly with IT in case of any rejection, technical problem.

Key Accountabilities:

• To monitor and source system file processing and reflection into GL
• Product control of source system products balances and GL balances (summary and details )
• Investigate and analyze of the differences on detail level , and raising the details of the differences to stakeholders IT and operations teams
• Enter the monthly Manual Entries into oracle GL for fixing the differences if not resolved through system
• Supervise in the Closing of Month from the area related to the products received from source system and accounted into GL
• Supervise the coordinator with IT and different stakeholders the daily rejected transaction files generated from system
• Daily follow up on the product control reconciliation reports for the daily differences
• Supervise the coordinator with retail, corporate, treasury operation , IT on daily basis for resolving differences on timely manner
• Build needed analysis reports by available tools from the available reports in FAH and GL

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum Experience:

• 5 – 8 years of experience in a similar field
