• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Leads of Frontend Development and DevSecOps, ensuring alignment with the bank’s technology strategy and objectives.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the technology teams.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement technology strategies that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure robust security practices are integrated throughout the development lifecycle to protect against evolving cyber threats.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project prioritization for the Frontend Development and DevSecOps teams.
• Represent the technology teams in executive meetings, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and strategic opportunities.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing development and security teams.
• Proven track record of managing technology teams in the banking or financial services industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of frontend development practices and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate technology solutions into business value.

Preferred Qualifications :

• MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
• Professional certifications in project management, cybersecurity, or software development.
• Experience with digital transformation projects in the banking sector.
