  Design, lead, and manage the procurement transformation plan.
• Report quarterly and annually to the executive committee.
• Lead continuous development programs for the department.
• Ensure compliance and regulation.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day procurement activities.

The successful candidate will have at least 15 years of experience, with the past eight years gained specifically through work on construction projects.
